Apartment Langeviele 71

Read here the terms and conditions applicable to the accommodation 'Appartement Langeviele 71' in Middelburg.

General

• The provision of the accommodation is made by handing over the house keys (physically through the reception of Cityhotel Wood, located at Achter de Houttuinen 8, 4331 NJ in Middelburg).
• The apartment must be occupied by 23:00 at the latest on the day of arrival, in case of arrival after 23:00, we can drop the keys for you in our key box at Cityhotel Wood. Please contact our reception in case you will arrive late.
• Any complaints concerning the accommodation should be made immediately to the landlord/owner at the start of the rental period, but at the latest within 24 hours of the start of the rental period, in order to give the landlord the opportunity to resolve the complaint satisfactorily. After this period, no further claims can be made for a defect in the accommodation.
• Cityhotel Wood is not responsible for the consequences of theft, accidents or damage to the property of the guest, except in case of fault on his part. In that case Cityhotel Wood can never be held liable for compensation of more costs or damages than would be covered by a normal MTPL insurance under these circumstances.
• On the day of departure the guest must leave the apartment before 11:00 a.m.
