In Restaurant The Green Room the leading role is for the vegetables. But with every vegetable dish you have the option to add a meat or fish suggestion from the chef.
Concept of The Green Room
The ingredients that enter the kitchen are close to nature. Raw, pure products with a short line to the source. Raw and fresh are the starting point of The Green Room and form the basis of surprising and tasty dishes. Focus on homemade and organic with as much use of the whole product as possible. Regional products are used as much as possible and the menu changes every 6-8 weeks.
At WOOD, gastronomy is Bennie’s business. When visiting our restaurant and bar The Green Room, you can almost feel the warmth radiating from our open kitchen! The last remnants of sleep are easily cleared with a good breakfast, a cup of Koepoort coffee or herbal tea straight from the herbal wall. You’ll also find patisserie-worthy pies and cakes, homemade lemonade, drinks in the conservatory and à la carte dining. Playful & homemade, healthy & eco-minded food of the tastiest kind.
Good news! Even if you are not staying at the hotel, we are there for you. All our dishes can now be ordered as take away.
Opening hours The Green Room
Due to the current corona situation in the Netherlands, all restaurants are closed until at least to the 14th of January '22. As a hotel guest you can make use of roomservice.
- Roomservice breakfast 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. // 7 days a week
- Room service dinner 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. // 7 days a week
- Daily meal / roomservice 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. // 7 days a week
Beside our dinner menu, our chef cooks a daily changing meal with a meat component (vegetarian is possible) for € 25/day.
From January 15. '22 we hope have the following opening hours:
- Breakfast 07:30 - 10:30 (7 days a week).
- Lunch 12:00 - 15:00 // Thursday // Friday // Saturday // Sunday
- Dinner 17:30 - 21:00 // Thursday // Friday // Saturday // Sunday
The Green Room has a fully open kitchen, dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant.
